Commit to a healthier lifestyle with this 5 week bootcamp. With in person and virtual classes offered Mon-Wed, on demand classes available 24/7, and accountability partners to help you stay motivated, you can take charge of your health and fitness goals! You'll also get help setting S.M.A.R.T goals, nutrition guidance, and bi-weekly hangouts; we're not just working on our physical strength, but our mental health and social connections as well.

 

Weekday Classes: M-W at 8:30am; M 6:00pm

Bi-Weekly Friday Hangouts: 8:30am (Meet & Greet, Zumba & Mingle, End of Challenge Celebration)

Class Types: STRONG Nation™ (bodyweight HIIT), L1FT (weight training), & M1ND (yoga-ish)

Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat, Pair of Light Dumbbells, Pair of Medium/Heavy Dumbbells, Towel for Sweat, and Water
