Fall Bootcamp

Commit to a healthier lifestyle with this 6 week bootcamp. With in person and virtual classes offered Mon-Wed & Saturday morning (in person only), on demand classes available 24/7, and accountability partners to help you stay motivated, you can take charge of your health and fitness goals! You'll also get help setting S.M.A.R.T goals, nutrition guidance, and a private accountability group; we're not just working on our physical strength, but our mental health and social connections as well.

This round will include both a morning and evening group! When singing up, be sure to select the correct option. In the event you cannot make it to your established session, you may be able to meet at the alternate time depending on availability.

 

Weekly Live Class Times

Evening Group: Mon 6:00pm, Tues 6:15pm, Wed & Thurs 5:45pm, and Saturday 8:30am

*Circuit Training only offered in person

Class Types: STRONG Nation® (bodyweight HIIT), L1FT (weight training), Circuit Training, & M1ND (yoga-ish)

Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat, Pair of Light Dumbbells, Pair of Medium/Heavy Dumbbells, Towel for Sweat, and Water
