Summer Schedules

Summer is a great time to get outdoors and travel with family; I know how busy it can be, so with that in mind, I have divided the class schedule up into 3 parts to accommodate this busy season. For each session, you can sign up for an All Access Pass and participate in all of the livestream/in person classes, plus have unlimited access to the on demand library, so even when we can't be together, you can still get your workout in!

Class times are as follows:

All morning classes begin at 8:30am

Evening classes: Mon 6:00pm, Tues - Thurs 5:45pm

Saturday classes 8:30am only 

Virtual participants can attend whichever time works best (Circuit training sessions not included)

Location: virtual via Zoom; in person at 9 Ridgewood Rd. Vilonia, AR (red building)

Class Types: STRONG Nation™ (bodyweight HIIT), L1FT (weight training), Circuit Training, & M1ND (yoga-ish)

Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat, Pair of Light Dumbbells, Pair of Medium/Heavy Dumbbells, Towel for Sweat, and Water

Pricing: Participants have the option to drop in ($8/class), purchase a class pack ($7/class), or sign up for the All Access Pass prior to the start of each session (reduced class price + on demand access)
