Live and On Demand
When gyms and studios began to shut down, many of us were left feeling the void of our favorite stress reliever, social hour, and escape. Embracing virtual fitness classes has been able to fill that hole. While keeping us active and giving us the sense of community we appreciated during our in person group fitness classes, we have the added bonus of convenience. With virtual fitness, you can choose live classes and workout with others, or you can opt for on demand classes and work out when it's most convenient for you.

High Intensity, Low Impact, Functional Interval Training
Combining the SH1FT family of programs, classes will utilize bodyweight conditioning and optional accessories (i.e aerobic step, weights, resistance bands, etc.) for a total body workout without added stress/pressure on your joints. Each session will include mobility/stability/flexibility training perfect for non-yogis who want to round out their fitness regimen. 60 min
