When gyms and studios began to shut down, many of us were left feeling the void of our favorite stress reliever, social hour, and escape. Embracing virtual fitness classes has been able to fill that hole. While keeping us active and giving us the sense of community we appreciated during our in person group fitness classes, we have the added bonus of convenience. With virtual fitness, you can choose live classes and workout with others, or you can opt for on demand classes and work out when it's most convenient for you.

In Person - Burn Studio

Classes at Burn Studio must be booked directly through their website

SWEAT incorporates strength training, bodyweight, and plyometrics (HIIT). 30min

M1ND is functional mobility, stability, and flexibility training perfect for non-yogis and those who want to round out their fitness regimen. 40min
